After working with Four Freedoms Park Conservancy on a successful gala event, we worked together again on a direct mailer for their End of Year fundraising campaign.

Inside the outer envelope is a custom letterhead, reply card and reply envelope and a trifold brochure featuring a year in review featuring the work FFPC did throughout 2024.

I redesigned Sasha’s site to feature her new album more prominently.

I setup Sasha’s online store using the Squarespace backend so she can sell physical merchandise like tshirts and vinyl, alongside digital downloads of her music. I help manage the backend of the store including integration with Meta so that Sasha can utilize social selling and tagging her products for sale on Facebook and Instagram.

Tour dates are managed through Bandsintown, so I utilized the plugin to pull that information into her site. This minimizes the data entry of tour details.

I have experience designing presentations of all kinds: internal presentations, sales decks, and non-profit fundraising decks.

I utilize animations to make your content come to life, alongside imagery and graphics that highlight your talking points.

Special consideration for how your deck will be shared is taken to ensure that if you send a PDF version out to your contacts after a meeting that it will work just as hard as a static document.

Pitney Bowes participated in many tradeshows and hosted many events that required booth design and other collateral for the exhibition space.

Unboxed Experiences was an event series that we launched as a virtual series during the pandemic and later rolled out to in-person events as well. We created an end-to-end experience starting with invitation emails, event landing pages built in Cvent, and branded event materials that were shipped to the attendees.

I designed many backdrops for tradeshow booths as well as pull-up banners that could travel from event to event easily.

Other collateral includes brochures designed in Chinese for a tradeshow in China featuring our cross-border solutions and posters and direct mailers marketing events we were exhibiting at.

LinkedIn posts supporting the new way we talked about our Designed solutions supported sales initiatives.

The sales team approached me about a project for Vermont Teddy Bear when they were in late stages of the sales cycle. I was tasked with creating something that shows how invested we were in them as a potential client. We ordered one of the prospect’s teddy bears and had the teddy bear go through the shipping process in one of our facilities. I created a simple children’s book about teddy’s day at Pitney Bowes. Ultimately, the prospect was super impressed by this level attention and detail and ended up signing with us.

The Bound Printed Matter Classification Sheet was created to clearly display mail rates for different types of mail for our sales team to use as a leave-behind when they meet with prospects for Pitney Bowes Presort Services.

Client Experience was a big initiative across the company. I was tasked with creating graphics, flyers, and brochures featuring our BOXpoll data, which helped educate and support our clients.

The Order Experience Index took data from online shoppers and distilled it into easily understandable and digestible information that our clients could use to support their ecommerce experience.

Case studies and client spotlights on social media allowed us to showcase happy clients and how Pitney Bowes helped them achieve their goals.

I worked with Child Mind Institute as they pivoted to a virtual annual benefit in 2020. We continued to work together on their 2021 virtual spring and fall luncheons and hybrid annual benefit.

I worked on distinct concepts for each event, and carried through that visual concept to execute both digital and print assets including save the dates, invitations, sponsorship materials, virtual backgrounds, social banners, and more.

The client was pleased with my deep understanding of digital to execute emails in a way that balanced email marketing best practices with the look and feel of the concept for each event.

The first project I worked on for non-profit media company, ISRAEL21c was this fundraising postcard. The concept was to take this iconic image of Tel Aviv, as viewed from Jaffa and turn it into a classic “Greetings From” tourism postcard. Instead of “Greetings From Israel,” we played with the copy to better support the ISRAEL21c mission, having the postcard read “Good News From Israel.” On the reverse is a short note from the Executive Director and a branded QR code to take the recipient to the donation page.

I worked with the client again on their Strategic Plan 2022-2025. The biggest challenge was that the company was in the midst of a re-brand when this report was created, so I had to bridge the gap between old branding and where the brand agency was pushing the brand into a new direction. The client really liked how blocks of color were leveraged to highlight important information.

One of the ways we marketed internationally on behalf of our clients was through marketing campaigns, centered around a theme that we could get multiple clients involved and engaged with, resonated with our customers.

Some of these campaigns included: New York Fashion Week, Vacation, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Wedding, Canada Day, Holiday, Father’s Day, and New Merchant Spotlight.

To support our clients’ international marketing efforts, I design dedicated emails to promote sales and product releases for various clients. These emails are sent to our list of customers who have previously shopped internationally.

I create graphics for use on Instagram and Facebook to support various shopping holidays and editorial content on borderfree.com. Because gifs perform especially well for us on social, I used this medium to explore animation.

Welcome mats

When a customer arrives on a client’s site a “welcome mat” popup appears to tell them in local language that they will have a shopping experience in their local currency and explain the taxes & duties policies.

I have designed total custom welcome mats in various languages, along with banners that get dropped in at the bottom of a standard welcome mat to market various promotions and sales.

To incentivize customers not to leave without completing their purchase, I designed branded pop ups for clients’ international sites. When a customer’s mouse headed to close the window or tab, this would pop up showing an offer for free duties to encourage them to complete their purchase.

June 2019

Pathways LA wanted to update their branding and create a Fact Sheet that could be submitted with grant proposals.

They were also looking for a brochure that can be used for more information about the organization across three very different target audiences: parents, donors, and education professionals.

I utilized strong imagery paired back to their brand color red with some additional accent colors used to block the information meant for different audiences.

The retractable banners for use at events, carry through some of the same branding elements from the brochure, like the big quote marks.

The annual report employed many of the same graphic elements used on the other materials that year for a cohesive branding feel.

June 2023

These postcards were handed out to parents at events to create awareness around eligibility for Pathways LA programs and childcare.

I was asked to create them in Spanish, Russian, Korean, Armenian and English in order to reach the organization’s full target audience in their native language. I also swapped the imagery to go along with the language the content is presented in, in order to allow the audience to see themselves and connect with the content.

It is always a challenge to design the same content in different languages because the letters or characters take up different amounts of space, so the design must be adjusted accordingly.

January 2019

As a member of the New York Cares Rising Leaders Council, the organization’s young professionals committee, I served as co-chair of our annual Soirée cocktail party fundraiser for FY2019.

As part of my vision for the event with a loose garden party theme, I designed this invitation which set the tone for the look and feel of the party which was attended by more than 500 young New York City professionals and raised over $225,000 for the organization.

I built this website using the Wix CMS and handed it off to the client to manage. The website and brochure design aim to educate the public about and solicit donations for the Seattle World School Fund—a Title I public school in the Seattle school district open to middle and high school students who have newly immigrated from countries all over the world. The school has 300 students, most qualify for free or reduced lunch and cannot speak English.

Whiteandwarren.com was relaunched in May 2014 to roll out with a new modern, minimalist aesthetic in line with revamped branding guidelines that were put in place for Fall 2014.

The emphasis of the redesign was on streamlining the user experience and getting the customer to purchase using the least number of clicks and page views as possible.

Expanding and retracting areas, like quick shop, minimize both the number of pages and load time the customer experiences while shopping. Filters and recently viewed items help the customer find what they are looking for easily and quickly.

White + Warren sends, on average, three full-price marketing emails each week. These are trend-driven emails based on information from internal trend guides. The biggest obstacle is maintaining a consistent brand identity, while designing creatives that reflect the new inspiration season to season.

I follow the marketing calendar that I create each season to execute the email concepts using the assets I have to work with – either lookbook images or flats I have collaborated on to create an image for a specific email and purpose.

In addition to producing high-quality visual designs, I set up emails using ExactTarget email marketing tools – both coding the emails and managing the subscriber lists.

July 2012 - April 2015

Big seasonal sale emails are sent to the entire subscriber list, but more often the lists are segmented to target specific customers either based on products they have previously purchased or geographic location. This sort of targeting and segmentation allows me to talk to the sale customer in a different way than the full-price customer.

The challenge with sale emails is to maintain a level of sophistication in order not to devalue the brand. It also presents a creative challenge to use the assets I have and re-purpose them for off-price marketing.

White + Warren sends Item of the Day emails once a month promoting a key item at a special price for one day only. These customers expect and look forward to these deals. I created a template for these emails to give the series its own sense of branding and consistency.

Either requested by the sales team, or conceptualized and executed by me, I create materials that allow the sales team to target their buyers to sell product that wholesale has on hand.

These sales enablement tools include brand statements, sell sheets, trend reports, trade show materials, and wholesale market invites.

The challenge with the regional market invites is when the collection first launches, often there is no imagery yet. I work closely with the design team to learn about the inspiration behind the collection to create graphically interesting materials to introduce buyers to the collection without actually seeing the product.

More brides and grooms are looking for a branded experience for their weddings—a way to make all of the communications and events feel cohesive. I've worked on similar branding for Bar and Bat Mitzvahs. 

I've worked on a range of assets to support the vision of the bride and groom, from logo design to save-the-dates, bachelor and bachelorette party swag, and day-of signage. Contact me for design support for your upcoming event.

I worked on the re-design of the Quint & Quint website. The goals of the redesign were to create something more contemporary that has large portfolio images and bold font and colors. I took lead on the design and development of the site, coding most of the site by hand.

November 2010

Quint & Quint was asked to create an email to go out on Cyber Monday promoting a one-day sale on subscriptions to The Economist. The concept was a countdown to the end of the day when the sale ended.

September 2011

I created this direct mail package for The Economist while working for Quint & Quint. The goal of the project was to get former subscribers to re-subscribe. The Economist had recently launched their mobile versions for smartphones and tablets, so the strategy was to let these people know all the new features that are included in a subscription.

November 2011

The direction for this project was to create a banner ad with an embedded subscription form. The ad lives on the homepage of the instyle.com to drive visitors to their subscription form. The client wanted to feature the free OPI nail polish the customer receives with their paid subscription. I completed with project while working at Quint & Quint.

July 2011

While at Quint & Quint, I created these hard-working, on-brand insert cards for Dwell Magazine. The client wanted to feature photography from the magazine and have one concept strictly for their digital offerings.

The goal of this project for Bloomberg Businessweek was to drive subscription sales by featuring a free $10 amazon.com gift card when you subscribe.

Weight Watchers magazine asked Quint & Quint to create a couple onserts that come in a poly bag with the magazine in the mail. The creative is used to notify the customer that their subscription is coming to end when it matters to them most – when they receive and want to read the magazine.

March 2012

While working at Quint & Quint, I was account manager for The Atlantic projects and we were asked to create a 3-email e-renewal series, along with an accompanying order form. These emails are much more colorful than their previous versions and bring in mention of the new iPad/iPhone offerings.

November 2011

At Quint & Quint, I created this gift subscription order form for ESSENCE magazine. It was initially created for their Holiday 2011 season. It was a hard-working form that performed well, so they asked us to version it for a year-round gift form.

The Eye Ball is a fundraiser for the Rude Mechanicals theater company in Austin, TX. Each year the Eye Ball has a different theme, in 2008 it was The Evil Eye Ball. The graphics are based on traditional charms worn in some cultures to ward off the evil eye and bring luck to the wearer. I worked on this project while interning at Impact Productions.

June 2008

While interning at Impact Productions, I worked on a project for musician Glover Gill with the Tosca Tango Orchestra to design the album art for their new cd. The client and his music is very inspired by the fileteado art style from Buenos Aires, so the album art reflects the fileteado feeling.
